Ingar has extensive experience from a wide range of transactions for clients within Private Equity and the trade and industry sector, including acquisitions, divestitures, IPO's and financing. His practice also encompasses advising portfolio companies on a broad range of corporate law matters, and he is often reengaged as an adviser after the Private Equity fund's exit. Ingar has assignments as arbitrator in disputes related to transactions.
