Johannes Meyer-Myklestad

Johannes Meyer-Myklestad specializes in construction law, real estate development and dispute resolution. He has considerable litigation experience, especially from final accounts of construction projects, real estate related disputes and tort cases within contract or zoning law. He has experience from litigation before both the ordinary courts (including the Supreme Court), arbitral tribunals and several other special tribunals. Johannes has extensive experience from working with vast and complex cases. For instance, he has handled and litigated several cases where the construction projects and subsequent litigation have taken years to complete. From his work with complex construction disputes, Meyer-Myklestad has become an ambassador for communicating law in a clear and educational manner. As a result, he published the book "Construction law in a nutshell" as editor in 2018, as well as the books "Building projects from A-Z" and "Consulting contracts in a nutshell" in 2019.
