Julie works in Selmer's energy department, providing regulatory and contract law advice to Norwegian and international players in the energy sector. She also has expertise in the rules governing state aid.
Julie holds a master's degree from the University of Bergen, where she wrote her master's thesis on whether municipal immunity from bankruptcy can be considered state aid under Article 61(1) of the EEA Agreement.
