Julie Maria Eik

Julie Maria Eik has broad experience in contract law and dispute resolution. She has particular experience with complex industrial and energy projects, both onshore and offshore, including renewable energy and green value chains serving the offshore industry. She advises Norwegian and international clients on the drafting, negotiation and management of commercial contracts throughout the project lifecycle – from early-stage contract negotiations and project execution to variations, final settlements and, where necessary, dispute resolution. She also has experience in real estate development and advises, among others, property developers, contractors and consultants at various stages of development and construction projects.
