Lars Husebye

Lars Husebye is a part of Selmer's Real Estate team, primarily working with property development and transactions. He assists with the drafting of contracts, due diligence reviews, and other real estate legal issues such as registration, encumbrances, etc. In addition, Lars advises clients in dispute resolution, including settlement negotiations, mediation, court cases for the ordinary court, as well as arbitration. He was previously part of Selmer's Energy team and has experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts within offshore services, oil and gas, and the shipping industry, and provides advice on related projects.
