Marte Bjørneng

Marte Bjørneng works primarily with transactions and M&A, corporate law and shareholder issues. Further, Marte is part of the Selmer Venture Capital group and works closely with several start-ups in connection with financing, regular shareholder issues and structuring of employee incentive programs. Marte is specialised within company law from the University of Oslo and has written a master's thesis about employee share options. In addition, Marte has experience with organizational ans sports law from various postions in sport associations.
