Nicolai Myren

Nicolai Myren frequently assists businesses within the oil service industry, and provides counselling both in contract negotiations, project follow-up, M&A transactions and dispute resolution. ​ During recent years Nicolai has particularly assisted within the field of international EPCI offshore projects; he has extensive experience in negotiation of subsea installation, drilling rig and shipping contracts.​ He has also counselled on joint venture structuring and project development internationally, leading to a widespread competence in industrial and commercial parts of the international oil and gas industry. ​ Nicolai is experienced in both behind-the-scenes advisory and upfront litigation roles, and with his strong commercial and industrial mindset he goes out of his way to make himself available for clients and ensure that their expectations can be met.​
