Siri Falch-Olsen

Siri Falch-Olsen is a partner in Selmer and part of the employment law group. She specialises in employment law, as well as public procurement and litigation. Siri has broad experience with employment law counselling and dispute resolution and assists Norwegian and international clients with, amongst others, reorganisation and workforce reduction, business transfers, employment and termination of employment. She has particular experience in helping clients in major notification cases, including cases related to work environment-related challenges. Siri also works with counselling and dispute resolution related to procurement law issues. She has experience in the construction industry as well as expertise in employment law and procurement law issues within this sector. Siri is an experienced lecturer within various employment law topics.
