Tonje Rismo is a specialist in real estate development, and assist clients with a number of questions within commercial real estate. Tonje has extensive experience with great real estate development projects, and has particular expertise within property structure, ground lease, registration, planning law and sectioning. Tonje has also litigated several real estate disputes before the courts. Tonje has been involved in due diligence processes within purschase and sale of commercial real estate.
