Andreas Lade Olsen

Andreas Lade Olsen is a Senior Associate in Selmer's Corporate department, specialising in financing, transactions and corporate law. Andreas represents lenders and borrowers in financing transactions across both the bank and bond markets, from structuring and negotiating loan agreements to establishing security packages. He regularly assists in financing engagements across multiple jurisdictions and also has experience with refinancings and restructurings of loan engagements. He has particularly strong expertise in financing directed towards private equity and technology companies and has been instrumental in major financing processes for leading financial institutions in the Nordic market. Andreas has broad experience with corporate law matters and transaction advisory, including legal due diligence, contract negotiations and project management in complex M&A processes. He assists buyers and sellers in all phases of a transaction, from initial structuring through to completion. Andreas has been a key resource in a number of transaction processes for clients within private equity, technology and industry.
