Ole-Andreas Torgersen heads Selmer's business area for competition law and assists businesses in particular with competition law related matters, contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
He has extensive experience with various competition law issues from a wide range of industries, including merger control, dawn raids and investigations, cooperation agreements and compliance with the competition rules in general. He has coordinated a number of international merger control cases before competition authorities and handled investigations in several jurisdictions. He also assists clients i connection with litigation related to competition law infringements.
Ole-Andreas holds law degrees from the University of Oslo and Kings College in London and an EMBA from Kellogg/WHU. He also has seven years' experience as an in-house lawyer at Orkla ASA with responsibility for competition and compliance, M&A projects, as well as related procurement of legal services.
Ole-Andreas regularly holds courses in competition law and is ranked within competition law in Norway in several recognized international publications.
